Dear Friends:I have not been on for awhile to journal.  I was, in the past, using some art from another member and I was so embarrassed that I did not know it was her artwork (that I was "ripping off" her art), that I did not come here for a long time.So sorry to have offended her, I cannot remember her name but I am willing to come on and say what I did.  It's all over now.I am back to meds, meds, and more meds.  The newest is "Inderal" which is propanalol used for panic attacks and severe anxiety.  It appears, so far, to be working.I am struggling with enduring painful feelings that are coming out and trying to get rid me of the pain.  But pain I do feel and f.....
