  This is the second time I have written a journal entry here in one year.  First off, I don't always remember the web sites I have contributed to. Second, I tend to procrastinate on anything I do.  I have tried all these different web sites about bipolar disorder and other mental health issues.  I at first was doing it for knowledge.  Knowledge about everything that had to do with my emotional and mental problems.  I used to think knowledge was power. Now I don't think I know anything about anything anymore. Of course most of the stuff says the same things, about the same symptoms, standard treatments, and other issues.  Yes, I am bipolar. BUT I also suffer from severe anxiety problems, dual diagnosis, PTSD, probably ADHD and whatever else they want to call it.  I really don't care what people w.....
