I finally got serious about real life and MySpace

I finally forced myself to volunteer for the library and to join the universtiy choir where I used to sing 20 years ago.  Life is good, but busy. For many years--a vast improvement over the nothingness of before--I was an internet addict and essentialy agoraphobic.  After I got seriously helped at a hospital and got into CBT with great results, I decided to go after real life and not settle for the internet alone anymore.  At the hospital I found it so easy to make friends and be around people and so enjoyed having a structured day that I realized I had to change my life.  I had become deepy unsatisfied and profoundly bored. I'm so busy practicing for choir, vounteering at the library, and reading The Feeling Good Handbook on CBT with great difficulty because of my .....
