second night on leave!!!

well night number 2 on leave, and 2 days to discharge, in so many ways im exited, but im still quite wobbly in the mental department!! i should get a decent amount of support tho so il be ok. im back on the temazepam otherwise im just not getting the right sleep at the right time. one of my biggest fears is that i will come out and hings will return back slowly to the way they were because all though my mood has lifted enough just about to cope at home, the problems that caused me to get in to that state in the first place still very much exist. im losing time all over the place and the flashbacks seem to be worse not better. the flashbacks are the worst i wake up in the morning and think how many times am i gonna have to go through those horrible experiences again, i have so many triggers its difficult to occupy myself in any way. im thinking of quitting the group therapy, and paying for individual myself, the group has helped but th.....

imonut's Reply: thankyou for the tribute, im have a long history of mental health issues, and was hospitalised for many years, nearly 10 infact. im indipendant now but i find it kinda hard. not all the time most of the time i like being on my own but when im sick i lock myself in my flat and just rot and thats about where i am now. im getting in trouble with money, and ive just been out to buy a bottle of vodka(bad i know, but dont know how else to numb the feelings) i live in west sussex in the uk...near the seaside resort of brighton.on the south coast. my moods swing so tommorow i could be fine or worse...its chaos. any way thankyou for stretching out a hand of friendship, i have your addie thankyou

Hmmm. Maybe gigi and joseph can meet one day! Who knows they might even hit it off... unfortunately for us humans, sometimes we require a little bit more than that "puppy" love.

I hope you are doing well. I haven't spoken to you in a while cause my internet is messed up.

As long as you always remember in the back of that head of yours that Mikey is always here for you if you need to talk, than we'll be ok!
