An appointment with a psycologist or psychatrist. I'm not sure which and don't care to search for the answer. Besides, it's not a detrimental aspect to the tale. So, the day of the appoinment had come. I was anxious and, somewhat, fearful of what was to come. It was not the diagnosis that "had me.' Panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and all that was not a secret - I mean, the fact that I had all of these. One who, truly, has it knows they do.It's not something you wonder about. I mean, it's like a cold. You wouldn't wonder if you have one. The symptoms are clear. Gee doc, I have a runny nose, sore throat, fever, and a hacking coff. Whatever could this be? Same here.
